These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tools To Help, operated by 249Labs Inc., a Florida corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), available at toolstohelp.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tools To Help is a subscription-based platform that provides small and medium-sized businesses with access to a suite of AI-powered productivity tools. These tools are designed to assist with tasks such as resume screening, proposal writing, customer persona development, competitor research, social media content, document analysis, email sequence creation, and pricing strategy analysis.
Tools To Help is a productivity aid. It does not provide legal, financial, HR, medical, or professional advice. Outputs generated by our tools should be reviewed and customized before use. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.
To use Tools To Help you must:
Access to Tools To Help requires a paid subscription at $49 per month. Your subscription provides unlimited access to all tools currently available on the platform, plus access to new tools as they are added.
Payments are processed monthly by Stripe, Inc. on the date of your original subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice to subscribers by email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to the platform until that date.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We offer a refund on your first month's subscription if you are not satisfied, provided you request it within 7 days of your initial payment. After that period, or after your first billing cycle, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us promptly and we will investigate.

Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:
The Tools To Help platform, including its design, code, tool structure, and branding, is owned by 249Labs Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you input into the tools and the outputs you generate. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the sole purpose of generating your requested output.
We aim to keep Tools To Help available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned downtime in advance.
We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions or downtime.
Tools To Help is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular output will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 249Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tools To Help, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Tools To Help after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
